I hate making inane small talk with women and I just want to get to the nitty gritty. Thoughts?
I can’t stand small talk with women because it’s insipid and inane beyond description. There’s nothing more to be said except what you say spontaneously. Forced conversation is the scourge of the earth. Has anybody had sex with a woman that just had the hots for you instantly and required no conversation beyond asking her name and where she’s from or maybe not even having to say anything other than let’s have sex.

To me it seems like you have this sense of superiority and entitlement. I’m going to burst your bubble, no matter how intelligent you may be, you do not deserve anything unless you work for it, really.
You have a hand; use it. Don’t put the vagina on a pedestal, I’m not asking you to do that, but realize it’s a privilege for you to put your penis inside a woman’s vagina. She’s opening herself, physically, up to you. Appreciate it a little more.
Get a fancy haircut.
As good looking as you no doubt are
you will find very few women want to just have sex with you without talking to you first. Sorry, it’s just the way it goes. Outside of porn films this kind of thing hardly ever happens. Men are visual. If they see a hot girl they think "I want her". Women are more mental (take that which ever way you like!) They might spot a guy they like the look of but unless he can interest and excite their minds they are unlikely to take things further.
Have you considered that women also hate insipid and boring small talk? How much effort do you put into making your conversations with women interesting, exciting and thought provoking for THEM? If you can master interesting and intelligent conversation you may have a better chance of finding a woman who is sexually interested in you because they are interested in the whole package, not just the size of your package.
If you stop trying to lay chicks and focus on exciting and interesting women you may have more success.
Try studying NLP to make what you say more effective as well as more interesting.
My paraphrase of your question: "I don’t want to relate to women as complete PEOPLE with minds and bodies because their minds are inferior to mine — I just want to use their bodies." Frankly, that’s despicable. If you ever plan to have a real relationship with a woman, you need to look for more intelligent women who have minds you can respect, and quit deceiving women who you only want to use.
