If you naturally gesticulate to some degree when talking, it is much more natural to touch her gently on the arm say to emphasise a point. If youre stood there with ur hands by ur sides and then suddenly you touch her – then thats wierd.

You can learn confidence though, I have, I was really bad at talking to women, now I talk to a lot of them and have a great time doing so, before that I would panic, you can learn it without having to spend a lot of money also, a simple confidence coach would help you with many issues, but if you are going to spend money on pick up then I would recommend Love Systems, in my eyes they are number one in the pick up world.
