So this video may or may not rub some people the wrong way, but I am speaking my mind on the role society has played in shaping our views of ourselves as black people. Im speaking of women in particular b/c I am a woman. We have undoubtedly deeeeep scars to heal from BUT there comes a point where we must say enough is enough and fight the stereotypes and own up to our own ignorance. We need to do better and teach our children the same rather than letting the cycle of racism rule our lives. If we fully understood our history through SCRIPTURE then we will see that The Most High has a plan for us but b/c of our ancestors disobedience (Hebrew Israelites)…we are living out what has already been prophesied. So we cannot blame ANYONE but ourselves if we continue in our sin rather than living by the commandments of The Most High.
